Websites for exporters: reaching the buyer abroad in their own language.

An exporter website is the multilingual site that presents a manufacturer's products to buyers abroad in their own language and collects quote requests. NAFRU prepares these sites by building the language structure, the product catalog, and the search engine signals together.

( 00-01 ) • PROBLEM

The three places export sites most often fall short.

There is translation, but no structure

Languages are served on a single page or through automatic translation; the search engine can't tell which page is for which country. We give each language its own URL and hreflang link.

Products are inside a PDF

The catalog is a downloadable file and can't be searched. We move the products to their own pages along with their technical specifications.

Quote requests are scattered

The request lands in a general contact form, and it isn't clear which product it is for. We connect the form to the product page.

( 00-02 ) • SCOPE

What we deliver in an exporter website.

Multilingual site structure

Each language is published at its own URL with its own title and description; the languages are linked to each other with hreflang.

Product catalog

Product groups, technical specifications, documents, and images sit on searchable pages.

Quote request form

The form asks for the product, quantity, and country; the request reaches the right person.

Technical SEO and speed

A sitemap, structured data, and fast loading; easy access from distant markets too.

( 00-03 ) • PROCESS

How does an exporter website project proceed?

  1. 01

    Market and language decision

Together we determine the target countries and which languages are really needed.

  2. 02

    Catalog structure

Product groups, fields, and the quote flow are designed.

  3. 03

    Development and content

The site is built; translations are put in place and checked separately in each language.

  4. 04

    Launch and monitoring

The site goes live; indexing and requests are tracked by language.

( 00-04 ) • FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What should an exporter website include?

An exporter website should include content in the languages of its target markets, product pages with technical specifications, documents and certificates, a quote request form, and clear contact information. Each language should be published at its own URL.

How many languages should the site be in?

The languages of the markets where you actually sell or plan to sell. Two well-written languages do more than five that can't be maintained.

Is automatic translation enough?

Not on its own. Automatic translation can be used for a draft, but product and technical terms should be checked by someone who knows the language.

Can we update the product catalog ourselves?

Yes. The catalog is built on a content structure in which your team can add and edit products.
