Terms of Service: By using the NAFRU website or working with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope
Deliverables, schedule, and price are agreed in writing before each project. Out-of-scope requests require separate approval.
2. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
3. Revisions and Schedule
Revision rounds are defined in the project scope. Timely feedback and assets are required to maintain the schedule.
4. Ownership
Rights to final deliverables transfer after final payment. Non-confidential work may be shown in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
5. Liability and Confidentiality
NAFRU is not liable for third-party services or indirect damages outside our control. Both parties protect confidential information.
6. Cancellation and Updates
Completed work is invoiced upon cancellation. Updated terms are published on this page.
7. Communication
Project communication takes place through email, meetings, and agreed collaboration tools. Both parties provide required feedback on time.
8. Cancellation and Pauses
Clients may cancel a project and completed work will be invoiced. Long project pauses may require rescheduling.
9. Confidentiality
Strategy, product details, visuals, and internal documents are not shared without permission. A mutual NDA can be agreed when needed.
