Websites for education institutions: from program to enrollment application.

An education website is the site that explains the programs of a school, training center, or education startup and leads the parent or student to an enrollment application. NAFRU builds these sites starting from the program structure; it also knows the education field through its own product, EduMoodUp.

( 00-01 ) • PROBLEM

The three places education sites most often fall short.

Programs can't be found

Department, grade, and course information gets lost among the announcements. We give each program its own page and a clear menu path.

Applications are left to the phone

The site gives information but doesn't take applications. We place the enrollment and intake meeting form inside the program page.

Content can't be updated

Every announcement and calendar change needs a developer. We set up a structure the institution's own team can edit.

( 00-02 ) • SCOPE

What we deliver in an education website.

Program and department pages

For each program, the content, duration, requirements, and application step appear in the same template.

Enrollment and application form

The form routes the application to the relevant department. Which personal data is requested and why is shown along with the privacy notice.

Accessible interface

Contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader labels are accounted for from the start; the site is also easy to use on a phone.

Announcements, calendar, and multilingual structure

Announcements and the academic calendar are managed from one place. If international students are a target, the site is built in more than one language.

( 00-03 ) • PROCESS

How does an education website project proceed?

  1. 01

    Content inventory

We list the existing programs, pages, and application paths, and identify what is missing.

  2. 02

    Structure and design

The menu, program template, and application flow are designed and reviewed together with the institution.

  3. 03

    Development and content entry

The site is built, content is migrated, and forms are connected to the relevant departments.

  4. 04

    Launch and training

The site goes live; the team that will manage the content is shown how to use it.

( 00-04 ) • FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What should an education website include?

An education website should include a separate page for each program, an enrollment or application form, contact and directions information, announcements, and a calendar. The site should be easy to use on a phone and should be accessible.

Can it connect to a student information system or LMS?

Yes, if the system you use offers an external connection or an API. In most cases the site links to the relevant system; deeper integration is scoped separately.

How is personal data handled in enrollment forms?

The form asks only for the necessary fields and shows the privacy notice. The content of the notice and the data retention periods are the institution's responsibility; we build the technical side accordingly.

How long does an education website take?

The timeline depends on the number of pages and whether the content is ready. Once the scope is clear, we provide the schedule in writing.
