Custom software or an off-the-shelf package?
If your workflow fits a common pattern, an off-the-shelf package is cheaper and faster. If the process is specific to you, or people are doing manual work around the package, custom software is the better fit; we say so plainly during analysis.
How is the price of custom software set?
Pricing is project-based and follows the scope document. The number of screens, the integrations and the data migration work define the scope.
Who owns the source code?
The source code and documentation of the delivered software are handed over to you.
Will it integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. If a system has an API or a way to export data, it can be connected; we check each system individually during analysis.
